Milling Training (Level 1,2,3)

With the trainings carried out by GNC Makina instructors at the CNC machining center, we contribute to your knowledge and aim to guide the manufacturing process together.

a-) Level 1: In this training, which targets the first CNC user and will develop the CNC machining and tooling techniques by the user quickly adopting the CNC manufacturing method;

- CNC promotion and privileges,

- Control unit introductions,

- Part programming training with mainly G and M codes,

- Basic machine training such as creating, copying, deleting programs on the machine

- Cutting tool adaptation and introduction to the machine,

- Training on setting workpiece coordinates,

- Daily and weekly user maintenance trainings are provided.

b-) Level 2: In this training, which will identify the lack of knowledge of users who have received the basic training specified in Level 1 or have the ability to program in CNC machines and reach higher performance;

- Test application for the detection and elimination of deficiencies,

- Advanced programming training with mainly G and M codes,

- Remote connection techniques and training in program transfers,

- Training of extra applications in cutting tool applications,

- Training of extra applications in workpiece zeroing is provided.

c-) Level 3: In this training, which will provide users experienced in programming and machine use with high-level knowledge about usage and software;

- Package programming systems training,

- Macro programming trainings,

- Trainings on the machine's processing condition,

- Machine parameter training,

- Machine Ladder (Software) trainings,

- Fault finding trainings are provided.
